There are some custom made campaigns in the workshop where you get the mods. My personal favorite custom campaign is The Hive which is based on Resident Evil

When it comes with a witch u must get up close to her like really close then u shoot her in the head or body with the shotgun to instant kill/crown her. It might take a lot if practice to get use of it and the more u do it the better u get and yes it is risky kinda like a gamble either u kill her or lose all of your health trying

I kinda forgot to mention about witches to you that witches can incapacitate anybody with one hit and proceed to claw you or a teammate to death. And if you are playing on expert difficulty they can instant kill. Is best either to avoid them or if you have the guts u can crown her by using a shotgun and blow her straight to the head
