Well done job, a few more things that led to their downfall was when every wack street rapper/drug dealer label etc paid to have their video's highly promoted it clogged up the system, and the views were so obviously inflated you lost trust with the site, to me that was greedy, they stopped trying to curate what people wanted and just let the thirstiest pay for top slots.

I never forgot Lex Luger and it’s sad that producers don’t get enough credit for there beats vs the artist rapping on the beats. And this coming from a producer. Lex Luger beats are solidified in rap flat out

Southside literally copies everyone. His drums always sound the same boring hat rolls, and has to use melody samples because if he makes the melody it sounds like an 8 yo made it.

It all comes back to music theory. At some point you have to learn the Piano to some degree…it will open up your beats time 10!!! Every ninja will pick up a drum machine…rarely the piano.

I remember the freestyle that broke him. I remember when he freestyle with Rone on a college campus. I was a fan of him and some his music. His music did not age well and all these comments are coming from a nostalgic pov. He wasn't great but he was cool at the time
