Here are some notes I came up with because this is youtube and this is what I do here on my free time, I guess. - The topic was novel to me: I hadn't thought about the outage being used to scam people. Well, I'm familiar with the concept, but I hadn't yet been reminded about it in the discussion and news coverage I consumed. So, there is a legitimate reason for the video to exist. - The part about verifying the sender is actually more difficult than it sounds, with pitfalls that I'm sure you're familiar with, especially with email addresses. Maybe you could link to a video with concrete examples on how to do that reasonably well, since it's too long a topic for a video like this? I'm a bit unsure about the intended target audience, though.
