Good to know WD40 is kerosene based. Also I am overwhelmed at seeing the pile of gritty lube and dirt caked behind my chain guard. Looks like elbow grease and something soft to scrape it off is all I need.

Hello i have a triumph sprint st 955i and after a recent service it was found that the rear break caliper was binding. Ive never took the caliper off in the 10 months of having the bike would you say to try cleaning the pistons befor looking for a replacement and if so how straight forward is it to do this. Thanks

Im having a hard time putting the seals in.

Maybe try cleaning between the points with a bit of Emery cloth before stripping down

Searched for a similar problem on my '06 ZX-14.There were numerous very expensive ideas towards repair scattered throughout the internet. Suggestions ranged from fuel pump to the ECU.Sadly both were replaced ! Nothing changed. Every thing pointed to fuel . Compression test min.185 psi in all cylinders.Pulled the entire throttle body to test injectors. Then the ah ha moment arrived ! Mr.Rat had all but chewed thru the vacuum line going to what I believe to be a baro. Sensor. D-Con will now be a regular snack for the little communists throughout my shop !

Very nice straight up video please watch, to test open lines run some cleaner thru it, and if sprays good , clean with soap and water, dry it, and begin to clean old points and reinstall, if in an emergency, just bypass pump and hook fuel filtered line up to carbs feed and repair at home🏁🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸🇯🇵🎌🇬🇧🇨🇳🇰🇷🇩🇪🇪🇸🇫🇷🇮🇹🚩🏁

I need to strip down my hydraulic brake and remove from the bike completely for some work on the frame. If the system is drained dry is that a problem?

Do GPZ 500s \ …. Ninja \ Brake Seals need to be put in in a specific direction … They look pretty even ? Possibly a bit wider on the one side of the outside ?
