getting through the fast day needs perseverance and also motivation from His Spirit and also before you enter the fast eat well...and drink alot of water during the fast when you get weak or thick headed just whisper a prayer to the Lord to strengthen you and during the fast ask God to put a deep hunger for reading the word since then it should be your substitute food other than that Your fast will be a full invitation to God for a party at your house Hahaa God bless you brother..i dont know all about fasting but im glad i could help with the little i knew.actually you dont need much of a preparation you just need the HolySpirit's help because He upholds us in our weakness thanks patriot jesus bless you.

@@chosencalled7334 sorry if I was not texting fast, my dog died two days ago, from a car accident, he was a puppy, medium sized, when I figured that out, I cried till it was 3:30 in the morning, till I forced myself to sleep, I still remember the time I fell asleep well forced myself to sleep cuz i wrote it down. I'm tearing right now. But he was with someone eles at the time cuz, apparently he pooped in someone else's yard and their daughter stepped on it and they forced us to give them away we gave them to our friend and our friend accidentally backed up to him and ran over him he got runned over by a truck my friend's truck but now we gotta a little puppy that looked like him except smaller and it's the same color as in black and white 2 years ago we had a bigger dog that got stuck in a way and he was Black and White 2 I wonder what's going to happen to this puppy..
