That's not low on oil, rather a VERY BAD pump/piston issue. I bet it has something to do with excessive vibration. If it were low on oil, the car would violently shake at the top. This is still very bad though & should be fixed urgently.

@@EWH2024 I actually took this elevator back like a couple months ago… It seemed a good ride quality! This elevator has been modernized by MEI , which stands for Minnesota elevator Inc In 2012

@@EWH2024 I also agree about that fan! But you can still hear that epic motor… I don’t know if there’s a key anywhere to shut off that fan? Maybe it would be helpful to ask that Macy’s employee to turn off that fan on that elevator…
