You can’t even compare the two bands. DD more fit for giggling teenage girls. DM deep, dark, original like no others. Martin and Dave voices so beautiful and complementary, no contest! DM are kings!

That one part where he's wearing sunglasses and being interviewed by that young guy always makes me a little sad. He seemed to be drunk during the interview then he makes the comment about liking to drink and sometimes liking to fall off of chairs. Knowing about his issues with alcohol probably clouds my judgement though.

And, as always, the joke is: who are you - a boy or a girl? I think it's stupid. From another interview, his self-irony when asked if he sees himself as the Marquis de Sade in his old age. To which Martin replied, like: Uncle Martin and Alko Martin. As a 13-year-old girl, I fell in love with DM for the gorgeous sound of the album "Black Celebration" and of course the vocals. .A little later, I translated the texts. Thank you, Martin, they hooked me and for 30+ years DM and I have been in sorrow and joy.
