Phones have ABSOLUTELY RUINED the live experience! There's no way to really get into the music when you have to make sure you're getting a good shot with your phone! Put those BRAINWASHING, HYPNOTIZING, MIND ALTERING BOXES down and really listen to the music! Of course they won't because they're already ADDICTED AND HOOKED!

When men and women worked in their speed dedicated making great tools and tools for making the tools. I like it a lot. None complaining what they not got. Making the best of what they had. Not complaining about safety. Just taking care for themselves and work responsible. Sure there was reason to improve. And so they did. But where we’ve gone since is beyond any sense.

So awesome! That’s why I love vintage instruments! They all did a great job, all by hand!

I think he's letting the others shine here, he could have shredded but Kingfish already did that, so went for contrast

Two superb videos, great quality film super 8 I presume it was cleaned up? Fascinating insight on the early days of fender. Still amazes me how the strat, tele, and jazz master look so modern ahead of their time and the designs haven’t changed radically, 67 years later 👍

Fantastic video, so much of how things were done then not known to most of us still around today. It was great to see Alvino Rey in this vid, I was good friends with him in the 80's when he was in our amateur radio club which is how I knew him, not through music although I am a bassist of another generation. Thank you so much for this piece of amazing history. Cheers

Yeah, that was a great gig! I was done the front eating those blues licks right up! No question that many of the current blues greats of this time were on that stage.

That is as close to a perfect blues show as it can possibly be. Simply unbelievable talent up there on that stage. Add BB, Albert, Stevie, Johnny Winter and it’s perfect. So many others but the stage couldn’t fit them all.
