Totally agree! I think it was still good before, but it became sluggish and rough, it was sad to see it be almost neglected. The first part of the layout is definitely the best. Thanks for watching!

I was there on opening day. Queued 4 hours! It was all the way back past the Curse at Alton Manor. After the 4 hour queue, the anticipation had built up so much, it was absolutely incredible! Walking into that station was absolutely electing with all the new theming inside, it really added to the atmosphere. After uncoupling from the lift hill, it felt so surreal, after waiting for so long. I enjoyed ever single second of it. Beautiful experience. And I love, love, love the way Nemesis reacts with you as you pass over her, it’s amazing!!

Yes that’s true, totally get that- I think because the other station was more decorated it seemed more vibrant, I think the rebrand has definitely got down a darker route which is perhaps more minimalist. Thanks for watching!

You have a very good point! As much as flat rides are fun, for some, another ripsaw style ride will be a one and done novelty. Hopefully it is a good decision for the park, but I would like to see the rumoured indoor coaster start construction as the plans were submitted a while ago. Perhaps this flat ride is a bridging attraction to try keep people entertained before another big coaster opens in the future. Thanks for watching! 👍

@@CoasterBuddy I know what the park are thinking "All there is down there is Galactica and Nemesis, we need to give more of a reason to travel all that way". However the real problem is it is a dead end and it is easier to just loop around the other side of the park. They need a path from Rita to Galactica which doesn't require you to go into the Gardens and then you have a loop and not a dead end. If they built their cross valley coaster they could entwine it around that. Though I would just move the entrance to Galactica side and get rid of the monorail and open up the current entrance to a whole new area of rides. They waste so much space just to have the Towers in view to come in and it isn't worth it.

@@SilverinWolvesScarletForestSno That’s a very good idea, it does often times feel like you’re a bit trapped in forbidden valley and the current closure of the sky ride only exacerbates this. Definitely think galactica needs a touch up when this new ride comes in, I’m still fond of that coaster 🤭

It’s my go to at the park, it’s really convenient and the food is great, always nice to have a warm meal on colder days in Blackpool.

Super true! I prefer Nickelodeon land because I still find myself riding attractions such as nick streak and airbender, but it’s amazing that these two well known parks have an offering for everyone!

It seems that they’re really listening to the fans and keeping it, which is good, and are adding more characters to the area, so hopefully they’ll put a new ride in- I’d like to see the Dora ride refurbished or improved in some way! 👍

Icon as a first coaster is a big step! It’s worth trying it again for sure, it’s a really great coaster once you get used to it, but if you feel too nervous, I started out with blue flyer and grand national, that might help. Thanks for watching!
