Not sure if this is way too late, but check out Empress miniatures. Some of the best moderns made and all metal. They also do heads.

I would not pay full price. I buy it from an LGS that will give me the 20% discount. Even then it is a rich price unless you are a hard core fan.

These are not 3d printed. I have a video on the task force guys coming out later but I think they are better than the metal one they had before. They survive a lot better when you drop them.

Glad you like them. I think RE is simpler than N4 because you might spend more time customizing your individual fighters in RE but the number of states and tokens you have to track from things like smoke and camouflage are much lower.

I'm glad I didn't buy this two years ago. I just picked it up on Amazon for $110 because I was going to get the Vanguard box of the Orruks and noticed it cost more than this box. So it was obviously smarter to get those, with the Stormcast and the rulebook for $9 less and at 60 minis that's $1.83 per model.

I bought a second Dominion box since they are ridiculous value since people are clearing them out. If you hold the Stormcast until the launch of the next edition you could sell it for a profit as all the newbies flood in at the beginning of the hype cycle.

YEP! i was playing 40k today, but while waiting at the game store i was looking at AoS army boxes Saw slaves to darkness (220) and thought they looked amazing, id wait to see what they valued online (had just bought a 50$ full price box to support the store that day) And ran across this dominiom box for 110 on amazon too 😂 Immediatelt bought it

I use the steel spheres to serve as an agitator and when I pour it out I let it sit for a while and let the paint start to seize up and thicken before applying. this works well when you are painting in batches and have the paint sitting out for a while anyway.

I have an online subscription to War-games Illustrated where they do some painting tutorials for the various regiments. Other wise I use the color plates from the Osprey books which you can normally find in google images. I am putting together some videos on how I am doing mine; I am just pay behind on editing.

Do you think the head would be too big to kitbash onto a chaos space marine psyker? I think it would look very cool (if at all possible) I noticed that it doesn't have much going on on the back which is a bit annoying

You're the G.O.A.T. As a newbie to Necromunder and Warhammer as a whole im making nomads my second gang next to goliaths and I dont think i'd have managed to build this without your video. I was given them by a friend who bought the Ash Wastes boxset and didn't want to use the nomads and the pages he ripped out didnt specify that some parts were optional so i almost went horribly wrong lmao. Easily the hardest model I've built so far. Liked and Subbed

I think those "Keys" or whatever are supposed to be either glowsticks for marking cleared/secured rooms or zipties to take hostages. Either way, nice paintjobs, probably gonna pick these up eventually as well..
