@@darshan6369 The Cetaphil gentle cleanser will suit will suit all skin types given that if the person is not too oily. The Cerave moisturising cream is suitable for dry to very dry skin types and the pm lotion is good for normal/combo to dry skin 😊Hope this helps

I’m exactly your skintone and the Maybelline loose powder medium shade has pink undertone and looks more ashy on me. The shade medium deep is bit dark on me as well so ig light medium should work but nevertheless the powder is sooo good!

Sis i bought tinted mineral sunscreen from deconstruct only coz it wont white cast but shade doesn't suit me and more over its tooo oily formulation, i just used that only twice after a month i opened that tube half of the tube became water since the expiry date is 2 more years 😅 now my query is earth rhythm is pure mineral sunscreen?? Is there whitecast after some time?

@@Sunshine-tg8qv Hi da. Earth rythm sunscreen is 100% mineral sunscreen and this sunscreen does not have white cast) but it requires proper blending into the skin as the sunscreen is a bit thick☺️ Hope this helps

oh - ive never seen a ss blend so well into POC skin. its so good when looking at your vid but its so expensive for 30 ml , it would get over in a month in chennai. Kindly do a full review of all the sunscreens you've tried 🌷

Red meat, with the fat it contains, can actually be healthy. Eating only protein may raise blood sugar, so it should be consumed with healthy fats. Rn, my menstrual cycle is on point; it has never been like this since my first period, and I used to complain about knee pain, which is now gone.
