Medium fire until the valve 'pops', then minimise the fire until all goes quiet, kill the fire and serve. I also find it helps to start off with hot water in the boiler.

No pizza? Where is the "vera pizza napoletana"!? Unsuscribed! 😂 Just joking, looks good! :) Italian cuisine is similar to spanish in many ways.

In Puglia, in south Italy, “Focaccia” is common much more than “Pizza”! Pugliesi aren’t like “Napoletani”, totally different type of people (you know maybe) and the other culture here, so I uploaded a video di focaccia:)!

@@caffeitalia3986 ok, i see! I like focaccia too, i ate it many times when i was living in Rome but my heart has a special place for pizza 🤣 (not just napoletana). What's your favorite italian food? I guess you are used to by now since you've been living in Italy for a long time but do you miss (good) japanese food/restaurants? You know, the little details like correct rice, sauces, etc. that only make it right in your own country :)
Well done. The coffee made with Brikka is the closest you can get to a traditional espresso machine ! One small piece of advice - next time try to take the coffee pot off the heat even earlier.
