I actually land launched from the narrow flat path at @0:44 . Generally i would hand launch/catch as last resort 😚

Yes it's permitted , as long you don't fly over the area further beyond Bedok Jetty facing east :) . Check out flywhere . sg or onemap . sg > dronequery for more info .
