Fascinating. In Florida it is the standard to avoid terminal tackle as much as possible. It has led to ridiculously complicated knots. I learn a lot from UK sea angling vids.

Brilliant video really enjoyed it. I came down to Pompey in early 91, all I had ever fished was the open beaches of my home area, the Holderness coast. I was obsessed with the pier and all the new species of fish. Through that summer of 91 fished it most days, using Allan’s Marine shop at the end to get my bait. Back then there was a proper little community down there and I got to know lots of the locals. Very happy memories, thanks.
