Jus take it from the top that's to much and too much talking

Did this job today. Was a total drag. Barely anywhere to work in those tight quarters. I think I would remove the fan and everything if I was to do it again, being that I was laying on the concrete to much. Now I need to figure out how to fix my back 😩

Did that job yesterday? To easier to remove the fan housing. You got more room on the top than on the bottom. 3:40

So I assume if the e socket stud strip, I could just remove the radiator fan completely to move the ac compressor back and leave the studs in.

E7 star socket

No need to remove the wheel or the wheel well or “shroud” as you called it.

Thank you for the video it’s better then having to remove coolant, radiator fan, air filter housing, and you could do just about all the work laying down lol 😆

OF COURSE mine couldn't be this simple! My alternator has a heat shield around it and what looks like studs instead if the two bolts...

This video allowed me to knock out the job in 2.5hrs. From jack up to jack down. The heads up on what to watch for such as compressor studs was spot on. Matter of fact, my inner wall didn’t need to be removed to access the alternator. Great job!!!
