With the wonderful Siyasanga Mbuyazwe as Saartjie and the formidable Kamal Khan as conductor. He asked me to add some optional extra-high notes to the part to showcase her extraordinary abilities.

Allow me to tell you that this is the most iconic African conductor and a legendary man in the world of Choral ,Maestro Dingane is extraordinary. I am firtunate to have been conducted by him a week ago when he came to our University Concert celebrating 30 years lf the choir since he founded it.Anybody who has encountered this man must be a professional chorister by now 🎉🎉

I disagree about the 8/8. It is exactly the same time as 4/4 and what you gave there with the 123 123 12 was merely a configuration of the rhythm. Just like 7/8 can have 123 1212 or 1212 123, which are two different configurations, so the 8/8 can have the configuration you gave, but also 12 123 123, 123 12 123, as well as 12 12 12 12, which is really a 4/4. Also, I come from a country called Macedonia, and I can tell you that given the different rhythm configurations of the 9/8, at times it has to be done as a four-beat rhythm. The instances apart from the 3/3/3 configuration which you showed, where this has to happen is when the configurations of the rhythm are as follows: 12 12 12 123, 12 123 12 12, 12 12 123 12 and 123 12 12 12, where the 123 is always only one beat like the rest of them. Of course, you can't find these configurations often or in every country.
