We have been targeted by an extremist hate group seeking to prohibit people of color from owning property in certain areas. This has led to the destruction of 260 of our livestock, six arson attacks, and other harassments. Despite reporting these incidents, local authorities, including the sheriff’s office, have not only failed to help but are complicit in the ongoing intimidation. While the FBI and Department of Defense are aware, no action has been taken. The use of a siren to terrorize us continues unchecked. If you teach Law in middle school, this would definitely not be a problem , but from what I have learned recently this is a enormous problem all over, and people are being taken advantage of due to the law.

How about all of the companies that pay a reduced tax the city councilmen mention that. They openly mention going after 10% of the tax money. Why not create a grant/loan to help the heirs fix the properties? Why not go after the home owners that call or mail in to reduce their taxes , falsely?

So when these city’s buy the properties and tear them down, who pays for that? When the city buys the property and tears down the home who pays the taxes for the vacant land? The land and homes do not sale that quickly so it seems like it’s a land grab. I can drive past homes that bad and they are left up but then others are torn down. What’s the method they use to pick a property that is in need of repair?

HEIR PROPERTY IS HIUGE PROBLEM IN THE NORTH AS WELL. SINCE THE MASSACHUSETTS ROBATE COURTS DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP THE HEIRS UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!

I just discovered the terrible problem of multiple heir ownership of property. I inherited from my husband. What do I do when his children from the first marriage won't sign? My name is on the title but I can't sell . I can't continue to pay the taxes insurance and monthly home owner's dues. If they won't cooperate than I need to walk away and stop paying $400 monthly from my funds
