portrait bug still unfixed.....Sometimes it is difficult to run a map soomthly in ReforgeS&L may cause model losing, so i can't even play well in single mode

Don't quite understand the Waagh after initially reading it. Can you use it once per phase, multiple times per phase or just once overall, needing to wait if you want the maximum payoff?

You can start using it after you reach phase 1 (250 kills?). Then each time you use it, there will be a cooldown. When the cooldown finished, you can use it again (regardless if it is the same or next phase).
