Sorry but this is very very very basic info that is not very helpful - you forgot to mention inbound options : AGL , PCP or Seller managed carrier - for Seller Managed carreir palletization is not mandatory etc. You did not mention that you chose option of AGL or PCP. Please be precise. AWD is NOT so simple at all and quite differnet from FBA, its a learning process. Your freight forwarder MUST be experienced in AWD - experience in FBA is not enough .

Thanks for your comment and but it is not that hard. I send shipments to AWD every week. I missed to cover shipment options though ( Amazon partnered and non Amazon partnered) . I will definitely cover in a next video.

Simply create a support ticket asking then to check for product quality defects (Bin Check). Provide your ASIN also. They may ask you an order ID with return/replacement or any issue. You can provide it from the past. Thanks!
