Ummm… I commented below before I watched the video in its entirety. I always find it strange when perfumers and candle makers name a scent after the hydrangea because - hydrangeas have no scent. In the garden, I mean. But from a marketing standpoint I’m sure the hydrangea is much more recognizable than the hyacinth is.

This is a beautiful fragrance as well; I’m a bit partial as hyacinth is my fave flower (close second to rose or lily or LOTV depending on when you ask)…I made the mistake of snagging the votive which is not a true representation of its power in terms of hot throw. Then subsequently got the 8 oz which of course was the real Nest experience. It’s a watery, damp, mossy green floral - unparalleled in my view. Hyacinth is hard to do, and Nest has nailed it. They always do! Thanks again!!

I love your candle content, your views on the strength of Nest candles, your voice is fabulous, etc etc!!! I’m a Nest fanatic and have had great luck with prices at Nordstrom Rack ;but you’re right about the paucity of different scents). eBay is also a good source for FABULOUS prices if you can find a seller you can trust (which I definitely have). Grapefruit, Crystallized Ginger, Hearth, Amber (omg), Birchwood Pine and of course - HOLIDAY! Say no more! Anyway! I’m a rose freak too but have somehow managed to miss this one - will be remedying that tonight!!! Rose and powder - swoon!!

I think when they say 90 lighters I’m thinking they mean regular cigarette pocket lighters. Not sure but 90 large seems like a lot. But I never knew they were refillable. So thanks for the video! I will be filling from now on.

Saratoga Springs NY is a horse racing town. Yankee Candle made a candle for Saratoga smelled like Polo. Yankee Candle is definitely Drakkar I think this one is somewhere between Polo & Drakkar

I have the same lighter and refilled as video instructed and now it won’t light at all. Even if I turn on my gas stove, it lights for a second like a convenience store box lighter but goes out the second I pull it away from the flame on the stove now

I tried the Daylight in this and really liked it, I burned it in my home office while working. They have the Country Candle style jar on sale for half off after Christmas I might pick it up!

This review made my day! I started collecting candles just over a year ago. The other day I was carrying a candle around like it was the holy grail. It’s great to know there are other people who enjoy candles as much as I do. I’m new to dipytique. I couldn’t resist the Black Friday sales. I ordered 9 dipytique candles, a hand body gel, a hand soap, a shower oil, and 2 perfumes. This is after the sale at Nest. I promised myself no more until Nordstrom’s has an Anniversary sale in July. I’m 55, a retired RN and had to go on permanent disability. I have had severe scoliosis since I was 11. I worked hard and saved. I told my son at least I’m not turning into the older lady with 100 cats. I downsized and bought a townhouse. If I had a big yard I’d probably start taking in stray dogs. Anyways, I wish dipytique would give you a commission. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 ❤️
