Measure your bust circumference, add a positive ease 2-3 inches or more depends how loose you want your top. Divide that in two for your back panel then half for your two front panels.

Also if your bust isn't the widest part of your torso take that measurement with a measuring tape. You can also do a gauge Swatch to work out how many stitches you need
