31.3.2001. B.R.S me Sir question 10 ka g point.. usme likha h ki cheque deposit and credited by bank only April 3.2001 .. but aap solution me likhe h ki cheque deposit but not collected by bank... Bank to credit ho rha h na fir q not collected by bank

56:51 sir here is a doubt.......aapne example main sirf bank loan ka interest hi default hua hai, bataya tha 1,20,000 ka.....thi sirf 1,20,000 hi tho debentures main convert hoga, bank loan tho pura pay kr diya x ltd ne 😢😢 (aapne bank loan or bank loan ke interest - dono ko 12% debentures main convert kr diya 😢) According to me the entires would be look like this : Bank a/c dr. 6,00,000 To bank loan from HDFC a/c 6,00,000 (Being bank loan raised from HDFC bank) ------------------------------------------------ Debenture suspense a/c dr. 10,00,000 To 12% debenture a/c. 10,00,000 (Being 10,00,000 12% debentures issued for collateral security) ------------------------------------------------ Interest expense a/c dr. 1,20,000 To loan interest payable to HDFC a/c. 1,20,000 (Being 1,20,000 bank loan interest payable to HDFC) ------------------------------------------------ 12% Debenture a/c dr. 1,20,000 To debenture suspense a/c. 1,20,000 (Being entry of debenture issued as collateral security cancelled/reversed for 1,20,000 bank loan on account of its default) ------------------------------------------------ loan interest payable to HDFC a/c dr. 1,20,000 To 12% debenture a/c. 1,20,000 (Being bank loan interest convert into rs 1,20,000 12% debentures)

30:24 sir list B k share forfeiture krte time securities premium a/c ko 1,200 *(2) karna tha, as allotment pr 4 rupees mangavaa rehe hai (2 capital ka or 2 premium ka) lekin aapne 1,200 * (1) kar diya jisse securities premium a/c ki figure wrong aa rahi hai 😢😢
