No brainer to cut out unused amenities. BTW, bed rooms 3 & $ are the smallest rooms ever otherwise its a beautiful home. Thanks

So many people I talk to agree! We rarely, if ever, use our community amenities so the value isn’t always there. For the bedrooms, we’re seeing a trend toward smaller secondary bedrooms to make more room for the living spaces, but I know that doesn’t work for everyone. If you’d like info on plans with larger spare bedrooms, let me know and I’m happy to put together some information for you. Thanks for watching!
