VDD, RX, TX, B- connector... It looks to me like serial bus communication connector. VDD is supply voltage RX is receiver wire TX is transsmitter wire B- is negative pole (gnd). @toyzz66 maybe have right, maybe that wires belongs to bluetooth module...
