LOVE this album! While at an Exhorder show in St Louis I bought the new album on vinyl and I told Kyle Thomas that this is my favorite of theirs. I think that the song Mourn the Southern Skies is a freaking masterpiece.

The best members of the band have created a subtle album. I cannot feel the soul of Exhorder from this album. It is very clear that Vinnie was the core of the band.

To me this record sounds like classic Exhorder mixed with a parallel universe Soundgarden that decided to go Extreme Metal and a bit of hardcore thrown into the mix. But holy shit it's a phenomenal mix. I first thought that Vinnie leaving would impact them negatively but this slaps so hard! Congratulations to Kyle (who sounds incredible as always) and the rest of the boys!
