wrong pan! never use nonstick for this! it’s dangerous for health and it ruins the coating. use carbon steel, cast iron or stainless

@@shezanjimenez in order to cook a steak you need to heat the pan up to temperatures past the safety limit of the non-stick coating even before putting the steak in. then, while cooking, the steak will touch only the center of the surface, and the rest will be dry and will keep heating up over the threshold. it will release toxic particles into your food and the coating will worn out

Otherwise a lot of people won't bother answering your dumb question(in their opinion) because they know they could simply google it, and they are scratching their head wondering why you aren't googling it like they would @shezanjimenez

Turn down the heat when using butter. Butter has a low smoking point.

@@1_star_reviews and what happens to butter after it becomes burnt? It becomes bitter. His steak may have been alright, but I guarantee it would have been better had he not had the temperature so high. The butter would have maintained its salty, creamy flavor. And the steak would not have been tough. He could have cooked it to his temperature, kill the heat, and the butter wouldn't be burnt and it would STILL have its temperature and texture, while having that pure buttery flavor. Ive been a line cook for 5 years. There's a lot I don't know, but I do know how a steak is supposed to be made

লুমাযাহ কারা? (সুরা হুমাযাহ) আমাদের আশেপাশে এমন অনেক মানুষ আছেন, যারা বুক ফুলিয়ে বলেন, "আমি উচিৎ কথা বলতে কাউকে ছাড়ি না! আমি উচিৎ কথা মুখের উপর বলে দেই"! আপনি অনেক স্ট্রেইট ফরোয়ার্ড! যা মনে আসে তাই বলেন! গালাগাল সহ সরাসরি মুখের উপর সব বলে দেন! সব মহলে ঠোটকাটা স্বভাবের হিসেবে আপনি পরিচিত! সবাইকে একদম সামনেই ধুয়ে দেন এবং এটা নিয়ে আপনি বেশ গর্বও করেন! ইসলাম ধর্মে এটাকেই "লুমাযাহ" বলা হয় । ◾যে ব্যক্তি:- ★ সরাসরি কাউকে লাঞ্চিত ও তুচ্ছ-তাচ্ছিল্য করে। ★ কাউকে তাচ্ছিল্য ভরে কোনকিছু নির্দেশ করে (আঙুল,চোখ, মাথা বা ভ্রু দ্বারা) । ★ কারও অবস্থান বা পদবি নিয়ে তাকে ব্যাঙ্গ করে। ★ কারো বংশের নিন্দা করে বা বংশ নিয়ে কথা বলে। ★ কাউকে হেয় প্রতিপন্ন করে কথা বলে, অপমান করে। ★ কারও মুখের উপর তার সম্পর্কে বিরুপ মন্তব্য করে। ★ সরাসরি বাজে কথা দিয়ে কাউকে আঘাত করে। ★ কাউকে এমন কোনো কথা বললো যাতে আরেকজন কষ্ট পাবে। ★ অসন্মান করে কথা বললো। উপরোক্ত ব্যক্তিরাই মূলতঃ "লুমাযাহ" এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আল্লহ্‌ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা'আলা এই মানুষদেরকে পরিবর্তন হতে বলেছেন। নয়তো তাদের জন্য অনিবার্য ধ্বংসের সতর্ক বাণী দিয়েছেন। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি কঠোর লানত করেছেন। নবী (সাঃ) বলেছেন, "যার ভিতরে নম্রতা নেই, সে সকল কল্যাণ থেকে বঞ্চিত"। আসুন, আমরা একটু নরম হই, একটু সহনশীল হই, অন্তরকে পরিশুদ্ধ করি। মনে রাখবেন- আল্লাহ যাকে নম্রতা দিয়েছেন, তিনি দুনিয়ার সেরা নিয়ামাহ পেয়ে গেছেন। হয়তো আমিও লুমাজার অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে চেষ্টা করছি নিজেকে বাঁচাতে। আল্লাহ তৌফিক দান করুন। আল্লাহ্ আমাদের সবাইকে হেদায়েত দান করুন। আমীন😥
