Have you tried deleting the game directory and downloading again? sorry, this is quite odd issue

When I get error writing disk I just keep clicking it until it works or I’ll go into the download tab and keep trying to resume

What mods are you using?

The ship is not bad the problem is the AI officer is hot garbage. Vents way to often and early. Poor weapon utilization. My initial guess is it'd be great in player hands. AI doesn't do so hot with ships that have a wide variety of weapons.

I just bought sid meiers pirates for 10 bucks today, havent played since it first came out way back in the day, you just can't beat that kind of value. It also blows my mind that no one has been able to make a modern game as good in all these years.

I just reinstalled the game and added the escape from zakov mod, also playing in hardcore, every non basic npc feels like arman, its amazingly frustrating, had to raise hp to max to at least have a chance, so far i have survived 4 raids on the forest and running out of space in the storage, its hard af to upgrade your base. And barman has only 60k.

If you ever find a lockpick, the far right building at the Pine Grove assisted Living location in the closest apartment to the picnic tables outside has a dead survivalist inside it. Ammo, weapons, tools, meds, and food. Because you know he thought he could survive it. He is NOT a zombie but he is dead.

Hyperhydration is real. You drank way too much at one time. As in gallons of fluid. You overloaded your kidneys and since you can't piss, guess what. You also can't vomit. Too much sweet stuff makes you lethargic. Too little sleep and you lose your mind. Lots of stuff to keep in mind. You can get drunk. You can get stones. Yes you can drive and no you don't drive well in either condition. You do get injured in car wrecks. Your car does as well. You don't need 50 magazines for that 45. However you can unload the extras and bullets weigh less. Shotgun ammo is not overly common. Iron arrows can be crafted so the bow is useful. The wood axe is way more effective at killing zombies in melee than that pipe you have to hit them 50 times with.

You get the right tools and you can strip one car to fix another. Everything under the hood is fixable.

Oh and the magazine rack in the archery bait store respawns pretty quick. Great source of those 3 magazines. Hardware store shelf inventory respawns quick as well. When checking cars for keys check the glove box as well. Not finding anything in trunks but usually always something in the glove box.

Couple suggestions for you. Town Hall, Used Car Lot, Archery and Bait Shop, Hardware Store and Senior Citizen Assisted Living Apartments. (Check em all there is a surprise in one of them).

You are making a big mistake turning your nose up to the cat and dog food. Very filling for fighting hunger. You should remember that no one is manufacturing your chicken nuggets and fries anymore.

Hello, Rachel from the EAWX team here. This is an unfixable bug caused by the AI factions autoresolving against eachother. It is very rare in vanilla, but with much more factions at play here it is slightly more prominent to happen. The only fix we have is rolling back a save file.

Looks like a fun game. Some weirdness to it with the hunger and hydration mechanics though. I'm a big guy and I can eat, but after 4 slices of bread, some pieces of fruit and a cookie and I'm going to be full lol. Sometimes in survival games I think they go a little over the top with some stuff too, like needing a can opener. I've opened cans in the past with a pointy rock and most tinned good have a ring pull now a days too. Can you use the keys for cars and trucks in any car or truck? Might be worth trying to remove the key and and use it in another vehicle?
