You must be uneducated on the way your body heals and strengthens itself postpartum. Women aren't left with a hole the size of their babies head down there. Everything goes back to normal, especially with postpartum rehab. C-section mothers aren't free from pelvic floor dysfunction either. The weight of the baby in utero puts lots of pressure on your pelvic floor. This video is beautiful and shows very well the magic that happens during childbirth! I feel sad that you didn't get to experience it. It's an absolutely sensational experience. Nothing compares to how proud you feel of yourself. There are no flaws with the human design.

I didn’t know that “power peeing” is hurting me! I didn’t know that isn’t the right way. I have issues with having to pee during sex. I wonder if practicing the correct way to void will eliminate that.

King Louis wanted to see the birth of his child. Being a king, he didn't want to get on the floor or lower his physical position to see her deliver as women had always done. She was directed to lay on her back and those who witnessed or heard about how she gave birth thought it was a great thing. Back birthing became a status symbol (when it was just a selfish, stupid dude wanting life to be about him) and began spreading the word. Since then, birth is somehow about the comfort of the person looking and not the person pushing out the child. 😒😏🤔

Did they try to give you an ultrasound to make sure the baby was even that big? With my first, i gained more than 30 pounds and this one doctor told me because of the weight gain the baby’s body would be bigger than her head and she’ll get stuck. But never even ordered me an ultrasound to see how big my daughter was.. whole time my daughter was smaller than she would of been at 37 weeks. I made her order me an ultrasound to check. She was born at 6lbs 9oz😊

Mine isn't worse when sitting. It's worse when standing or laying on my back. Laying on my tummy feels best. It's been 2.5yrs and it started after rotator cuff surgery. I'm getting a diagnostic pudendal nerve block next week. I'm in perfect health other than this but I was born with hypermobile SI joints. I'm praying 🙏

How are you doing? If you're having genital area pain that you believe is originating further up the spine, one possibility is the genitofemoral nerve. Your pain doesn't sound like pudendal neuralgia. Rotator cuff is obviously a completely different area, but when your under anesthesia, you never know what odd position they cold have placed you in.

The word pain is subjective…. Pain can be a discomfort making it hard to focus (moderate)… or pain can be equally intense to an orgasm when the genital nerves are involved similar to pain during child birth I’m happy to see women recover! 😅 tho I have yet to see a women recover who had bilateral neuralgia or clitoral pain along with pudendal nueralgia. Has anyone else had burning buttocks sitting bone areas AND pudendal areas? And burning in vaginal and clitoral areas? Or pain that radiates down legs? I hope one day to find a woman with a more progressed case that healed! Xoxo ❤ This woman was LUCKY to get diagnosis and treatment while symptoms were moderate. So happy for her ❤

I went to a Pelvic floor PT and she didn't find any of my pressure points for my entire 6 weeks of therapy. I was devastated, all I wanted was to find relief from my testicle pain, butt pain, leg pain, and urinating too much. She gave me some good exercises and it took some of my leg, hip and butt pain away. But not the testicle pain or the urinating problems. She recommend me the Pelvic Wand and (I bought it). She told me to never use the wand from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock or from 8 o'clock to 4 o'clock. I recently saw another Pelvic floor PT's video and she said that male trigger points are usually from 1 to 2 o'clock.... basically the areas my PT told me to stay away from. I decided to use the wand and a found the pain that I've been looking for over a year now. It was between 1 and 2 o'clock, I didn't press on it because I was afraid and the pain was bad.... I stayed on that pressure point for about a minute and moved to look for more trigger points. I found another painful point at my 5 o'clock ( very painful). I didn't press on them because I was afraid yesterday. Today I am super sore from inside. Is it normal to be sore? And should I use the wand everyday or should I wait a few days? I'm still doing my stretching everyday , its been about 3 months now. I hope that my internal massage will fix me. My urologist said I have non bacterial prostatitis.

That’s the real question. Thinking is one thing… but this nerve pain is brutal. The nerve pain destroys your life. There is a reason people commit suicide because of this condition. I’m sorry but it doesn’t sound like her case is bad at all. I am going on 8 years…. And, I hate to say this so much, am losing hope & feeling helpless. But I’m trying to keep my faith up, positivity etc.

@@dianalynnelizabeth780 I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm on the same boat with you except I've only been experiencing it for about 3 months. I've been suicidal for almost a decade now and this condition has made those ideations a lot worse than they already were. To me, it just does not seem like a life worth living. If there were assisted suicide in the state I live in, I would be signing up for it. I hope everything gets better for you.

@@lukemarshall118 I’m so sorry 💔😢 and am of course completely empathetic. I hope and pray things get better for all of us. I wonder if there are research studies or research in general going on to help deal with nerve pain, I haven’t heard about it. There is no national platform for Pudendal Neuralgia. It’s not out there in the public awareness like cancer, ms, diabetes, etc. Marin Hinkle and Paige Davis both have come out with their Pudendal Neuralgia diagnosis. However, they came out in articles talking about, but are doing absolutely NO advocacy work for it all even though they have a huge platform at their disposal that the rest of us DO NOT have. I have thought about writing to them and seeing if I can get a response about getting involved. Do they even realize how many people they could help if they just used their celebrity status to raise awareness and push for research to be done? If they do and aren’t doing anything about it, shame. But if they don’t I think they need to be made aware. I would hope that maybe if people starting writing them letters, they may be willing to join forces with other PN sufferers and get out there to help make a REAL difference. I hope and pray for all of us that we find the miracles we all need so desperately. 💜🙏🏻🕊️. Edit: and the thing about this condition is that it is not ONLY a woman’s issue, men can get this too! So I really don’t understand why there aren’t any open, national efforts to truly raise awareness and get more research going. And if you hear of any research studies being done or other information, let me know. Are you in any support group sites like on fb or even just on the internet itself Luke? I know sometimes that can make one feel more hopeless ironically enough, BUT useful information can also be found in those groups by bouncing off of one another’s various experiences. Thoughts?

@@dianalynnelizabeth780 No I am not in any support groups but I am in physical therapy to try to help get rid of this condition. Because for me dealing with this condition just wouldn’t work I want to get rid of this all together because I cannot live a happy life with this condition at all. And I don’t know how you went on eight years and are still here. Because if I were in your shoes I would’ve already been gone. I am at my wits end with this condition and if this doesn’t go away within the next five years I just don’t think I can move on with life anymore. I just don’t think support is going to be enough for this. This is just way more than I can handle. Like I said I am going to give us a chance to go away but if it doesn’t then I’m afraid that’s just gonna be it for me.
