Great ideas! I found you from Junk Journal July and love your ideas and techniques. I’ve wondered about the inside of the Amazon envelopes, great idea. Love your voice also, very calming. New subscriber here!

I discovered the same thing with the Amazon packaging. I used some to make a journal cover and it's so squishy and scrumptious . What a great idea to use it as a textured background to add interest 🤩

Gorgeous page Shemi. I'm using the Junk Journal July prompts to help finish an art journal I started but am being a rebel and using them out of order. LOL. The children you are teaching this summer are certainly blessed to have you as their teacher! 🩷🩷🩷

I would like to share that I found the ingredients of my eyeshadows have mica in them. I used my old bronzey and glittery shadows worked great in my art projects.

I’m confused! lol At 4:56 You say, “if you add more medium it’s going to be more transparent and if you add more glue it’s going to be more opaque.” I thought you were using the glue _as_ the medium! I want to make my paint more translucent, so does that mean I increase the ratio of glue to the paint or vice versa? Oh, and would a standard PVA glue work or does it have to be decoupage glue?
