Fuckin, I’m only a bit through the first one but it’s way better than I expected. I love the remembrancers perspectives, the way it depicts daemons (Samus), that bit with the interex before it went to shit where they’re looking at a renaissance painting. Just brilliant.

Is there an order in which to read the books? Anybody have recommendations please?
@LegoM129 ай бұрын
Well it depends on what aspects of the lore of the Horus Heresy you want to get into first. I’d recommend starting with the first 4 HH books, Horus Rising, False Gods, Galaxy in Flames and the Flight of the Eisenstein. These books delve into the downfall of Horus and essentially the most important moment in the heresy. If you want to get into the Siege of Terra books I’d say that reading The Lost and the Damned, Saturnine, Master of Mankind, Echoes of Eternity and The End and the Death vol 1 are the best ones. If you already know a lot of the HH lore then Echoes of Eternity is my best recommendation tbh.
