I really tried to understand the use case of this product but just can't grasp it. The explanation is around the 34-minute mark but I'm still confused. There are some examples such as social media and store/payment systems getting shut down ... but even with those they would be tied to your phone, name, and bank account. Obviously, there must be some great value with the customers they currently have, but this webinar did not resonate with me for a real-world need. Maybe Incogniton's KZbin or website has better explanations.

I've tried a lot of form makers. This is next level. The amount of love and sweat and tears that this man put into the development of this is insane. I have no immediate need for forms right now but I bought it while I was watching this video because I know I will use it in the future. It is so well made and thought of.

I think the plan and subscription details should always be under Account settings to which only the account "Owner" has access to. All other access or permission levels don't need to see the account ownership subscription details.

I wasn't able to attend the LIVE session, is there we could manage customers and data for both EU (GDPR) and US (HIPPA)? I know and realize that one doesn't allow data to be traversed or stored or go over to the other side, otherwise, it doesn't meet the compliance requirements.

Can we use MakeForm on behalf of our customers, using their emails for the notifications. In other words... We create 100s of small websites for small businesses, can we use MakeForm to add a contact for on each one of these websites, so each one of these business owners will receive the notifications on their respectives emails? If so, where is that feature on the program, i do not see it anywhere :-(
