All you guys are, first off, incredibly brave! You wanted a win, were calm enough and went and got it! Congratulations man! That's the way to go! You also give me a lot of hope...I'm a week away from 46 years old and am detesting getting older. Got back into mtb 2 years ago after 25 years of work/sofa, sofa/work and it's been an awesome trajectory for me since I fell in love with Enduro. Seeing someone like you at your age, and your crew makes me believe that, with some effort and hard work, I still have years and years of great riding ahead. So, thank you sir!!!! The back draw method with the hole in the top of the syringe works perfectly. Also Royal Blood is a sales gimmick.

Thanks for this vid. I've done multiple bleeds on my rear brake and was never able to get it to firm up. I just did this on my MT5 and my GF's MT Trail Sport rear brakes and both are 100% better. It's also way faster and easier than a full bleed!

Don't you have to add the brake fluid in the syringe before installing it on the master? I just bled mine and will try a lever bleed to see if I can make it engage quicker. Thanks for the tips!

Totally feel this one. I've been trying to pull off a birthday challenge the last 4 years since I turned 50. This year was climbing 5400 feet at Las Ramblas on the MTB. It feels good to rage against the machine of time. Congrats on completing the ride. Looks like some brutal fun

Congrats with your attitude on age🏆The Luge is gnar and you rip it for sure. Used to live in the OC, now in Preskitt AZ. My buddy (70) and I (62) rode Hi Line yesterday, though we do not due the gnar stuff like The Chute…there’s still plenty of sections to challenge yourself for sure. Gotta keep riding until the ole’ body says no……don’t know when that will be🤣🤣🤣
