All the American ENT's I've been to for the past 20 plus years all say don't do this technique. Let the ENT pick out the wax. The water COULD rupture your ear drum and cause even more issues. That said, this has to be a primary physician.

A few years back I became deaf to high frequency in left year had tests and was told no excessive wax. As I used to be a telecom engineer that put it down to damage Never had a clean out I wonder if they missed some wax?

Wish I had seen you…had two general pediatrics nurse irrigate my ears, it was loud, painful, water coming out of my nose, and they ruptured both of my ear drums.
