Hey , good review ! Yours is the only review which shows how much we can stuff inside this pack rest all same videos on you tube showing all compartments which is actually of hardly any use . Loved this video . Can you make full load out video for both Goruck GR2 26 l & GR1 26 lit as comparison? Good luck

This is exactly the content I was looking for. I can do 5 days in my rolling carry on, but I’m looking to streamline down to just a backpack.
You definitely note all the key points: packing cube for clothes and doing laundry. Once people realize they don't need a whole outfit for every day they're away, packing light becomes much easier.

Would you suggest a GR2 34L for trips in the winter where thick sweaters would be a necessity?

Hi, I have noticed you have the Phillips ultrasonic toothbrush. I just got one for christmas and as I try to pack light, I'm not too pleased about the size of the changing case + need to bring one special cable, since none of my devices use miniUSB anymore. Can I ask how many days it lasts between charges? Is 14 days / 28 cleaning sessions feasible?

One pair of shoes and two pairs of socks for meetings, working out and leisure? Wouldn't be my choice.

Yes, I agree this wouldn't work for many people. My feet don't sweat too much and I commonly go without socks.

Great video. Enjoyed the emphasis on being realistic about what is really needed vs having clean clothes for every single day like washers and dryers do not exist outside of people’s homes.

Hi Tom, I'm moving to Malaysia for a year to teach. The GR1 looks like a great bag to get me over there, and doing to some weekend hikes and adventures to other islands. Would you recommend it for everyday bag just maybe a few things to get me to and from class? Or would this bag feel to heavy to carry around all the time even with not much stuff? Thanks!
@psuk2skier7 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a great adventure. I have used the GR1 as my everyday bag for about 4 years. It is the perfect size for everyday use and I can't think of a better one to recommend. I honestly feel a sense of joy every morning that I put this bag on my back. It just fits perfectly and is so sturdy. I hope it works well for you. Safe travels.

Tom Lacey thank you! Really appreciate it! Haha will do! I don't leave until January so now it's time to save for the bag haha Best!

I'm living in Malaysia with a GR1. It is a fantastic product and it's my 'do everything' pack, but having used one daily for a year or so I can tell you the ventilation absolutely sucked, and it sucks even more when you're using it in Malaysian weather which is hot and humid all the time.
