These comments are made by obviously ignorant people. There’s a lot more to running an estate sale than having some storage units and a pick up truck. If you don’t know what you’re talking about it’s better to keep your mouth shut.

So pretty much you are saying…Buy multi-unit locations to protect yourself from Corporate selling a pin next to the one store opened? How about you just expand the protected territory for the one location to set your franchisees with more success without the fear of cannibalism within the brand.

He is the CEO of Nautical Bowls and closed his own Miami location within a year of opening.

How many stores have already closed, transferred or never opened? Peter-as a CEO of the company, why did you close your own Miami location after only a year of operation? Please be transparent with your potential buyers.

Maybe rent some storage space on items one can not bring to a dump. How is this a franchise....😅😅😅

How does the 6000 franchises sold breakdown per brand? How many Snap Fitnesses, Farrell’s, 9rounds, yoga fit, Steele fitness and yoga on demand across 28 countries. The current Snap Fitness website (2024) stated 1000+. Where did all the locations go? Of the 6000 franchise locations sold, what happened to them?

I'm shocked at this business model.. what do you mean by locations? you mean 125 people bought this franchise since 2013? do you have any idea how low the start up cost to run an estate sale company is? it's literally a matter of about $2500-$3000. that's it! thats all you need to spend to get a estate sale company a professional website and supplies.. why would anyone pay $100k for this? what is the value here? this is craziness. wow! estate sale companies are notorious for low start up costs.. on average estate sale companies make less than $100k per year and that would be getting a sale every single weekend of the year. . most sales will net you just a couple grand.. so this makes zero sense.. they won't last. there is no way people are paying them $100k they likely don't even teach people how to price things or what Iis vintage or antique.. thats knowledge you MUST have with experience. most people that run estate sales come from an auction house or flea market owners or people that have been reselling for years and know the fair market value of items.. something that is hard to teach

Easy business model to replicate with a phone and a truck.
Stacie: Talk less. We're here for the subject matter. Let your guest carry the ball. I guess you have a management mind, wanting to be on top of everything. Good for business but you need to lighten up here. Especially in the beginning of the interview where in the first few seconds we are trying to gauge whether it's worth it to continue or go to one of the other billion other videos online. You must capture them in the first few seconds; rather the guest or subject must capture them. It's not happening here but hopefully you can get it in the future. Your channel premise is excellent though. We don't hear about franchising much but it makes sense now as things get tight and people want a more sure bet for their investment dollars. There are so many good ideas out there that don't see the light of day. Franchising can bring those to the public eye. So hat's off to you for bring this forward.
