you should buy a 3d printer and make your own thats what i do and i sell my stuff for money i make the fallout service rifle for example i paid cad designers to help me you can print in pla+ and or nylon for heat resistance

also di is better despite what is trending in gun spaces di is litteraly cheaper , lighter , overall its just better the ar is actually cheaper then the ak to make even stoner said this when talking about the ar18 he NEVER said stamped guns are cheaper he only said stamped guns are more accessible to nations who do alot of stamping NOT that stamped guns are cheaper

Anachronisms are a Black Ops staple, ranging from 3yr to 50, like with the Troy sights 😂 Bo1 commando is still the most beautiful AR15-style rifle I’ve ever laid eyes on

i feel the same Activision/Devs didn't want to pay for the rights to use the accurate weapon or weapon name, so we got the Commando/XM series However, there are other Call of Duty that have accurate names but some aren't always "accurate" but still fit with the games they're in

I did a similar "All American" build last winter. used the same optic but i used the ARMS 58 rail instead and a FAB defense stock.

Funny story, my local gun store had a receiver set that was already cerakoted Camo and I was going to do exactly that but wound up walking away with a Springfield SA-35, which is essentially a clone of the gun that inspired the 9mm pistol from New Vegas. Something that is on my list is to get a stainless one and some custom grips to make Maria

It was actually proven by Jonathan Ferguson (guy who reacts to video game guns) that you can still chamber a round even with the sling tucked behind the bolt release.

The only thing that is technically incorrect is that surprisingly, the bolt catch can still function with the sling behind it. Jonathan Ferguson tested it on the black ops video they did and he was surprised too. But yeah everything else about this is insane but it's so cool at the same time 😂😂. I kinda always thought that the reason they had more modern weapons that weren't around till later was cause they were insinuating that since they are all top secret black ops and what not that they would have tech that is not released to the other agencies/branches or the public yet. I dunno, that's what I tell myself 😂

I think part of this discrepancy with the commando, and many other guns in BO1 being anachronistic is because the game was originally going to be set somewhere in the late 70s early 80s.
