The same color ways in the fabrics on linens, upholstery, etc, as 15 years ago when I used to pay the high prices for a few items. The stores near me went out of business. Best wishes to everyone else who shop at their locations!

It looks like crap . I just bought one and it's lumpy and you sink into one side and you can't get out of it. I can buy a beautiful mattress cheaper than this couch so I'm sure they could put the same springs in with a nice pillow top and make a nice proper cushion that does not bag out in ONE MONTH.

We have had a horrendous experience with Ashley furniture's warranty/service department. We are repeat customers who purchased several items, including a reclining couch two years ago. The reclining handle broke and we have contacted various people at Ashley about the problem numerous times, including their service manager, and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. When we call, all we get is their standard lip service telling us they don't blame us for being upset, etc., etc. It has now been three weeks and we are no closer to getting this replacement handle. This couch has a 5 year warranty and is totally meaningless if they won't get you a replacement part, not to mention the reclining part of the couch is totally useless. We have now ordered a replacement handle from another company in hope's it will fit. We will NEVER buy another product from Ashley Furniture!

Pottery Barn used to have reasonably priced items back in the early 2000’s, when I first started shopping their styles. So now I just look and admire the beautiful things! Best wishes y’all for 2025!

My house is full of 25 plus years of Pottery Barn. I was shopping there before o knew it was a thing. Just last week I bought their faux frosted pine and ornament wreath (which I may return….it was impulse buy) and, their gold Manchester clock which is really nice. I even have things I bought that I never opened, hung up or used. LOL!!!! I will say in the last 10 years I have shopped there less. I get ideas from them and then dash over to HomeGoods, Target or Amazon for dupes and/or knock offs. I used to love their catalog they would send each month but I don’t even think they do that anymore more. It’s still the gold standard in decor but still very pricey. Beautiful video. Keep up the good work.
