How does it compare to the Evo DLAB because the claim is the 13M Evo can handle really light winds too.

?? He said at 18:40 that the ultra sitting further BACK in the wind window makes it more versatile. I don't understand, it sits far back in the wind window as a kite for hydrofoiling, but that makes it less good for twin-tipping and jumping support. Wouldn't making it sit FURTHER back make is LESS versatile?

Just another dangler in action. Yawn. Message from your local neighbourhood windsurfer. A sport that actually takes some skill and strength and more than a weekend clinic to learn.

Manufacturers need to add elbow pads ( like they do for the knees). Worn through 4/3 and 5/6 elbows with all the winging we are doing. A replacement patch would be nice- I'd buy some. THX

Wow this is a really cool kite, unfortunately probably not for big air. Also the leading edge looks off, not round. Is that intentional?
@im1tta2 ай бұрын
That's a trademark of some of their kite models, the idea is to create more surface area on the sides to increase steering speed.

Hi Reece At last!)) So amazing! Looking forward to bye this revolutionary AA kite! 🎉When it will be possible? Аs an owner of Aluula 10 , 14 Roam and 17 alulla Flight i really have one problem - all of my friends envy me and always ask to try this kites))) they start hate me a lite😂 because i can jump whan they are siting at the beach )))))😂 And what the 5 struts AA kite behind the Crave? We need 5 struts AA Flight in 15 and 17 m for big Air with hydrofoil in wind of 4-5 m/s (8-10) knots. And the prise shied be reasonable not much bigger than current Alulla Kite. And does AA Crave could replace Alula Roam for jumping with hydrofoil?) as I can understand Roam not for jumping at all… but Flight is realy nice for this))

He has the Variable Bridal Geometry knot setting reversed! The first knot coming from the leading edge is for Offshore, and is the original Reo setting. The second, or end knot is for Onshore conditions and is the new setting that comes with the VBG

I used big Ultras for foiling many years. For Twintip Freeride I used other brands cause I didn’t like pulleys. But now I bought a Lithium and the first session was really nice on Foil and TT. For future I hope for more durable valves and higher UV stability. In our Cars we have a lot plastic that last 10 years without breaking no matter how hot or cold. Greetings!

Can’t think of a better designer or ambassador for a company than Sky, great explanations of new products. The new Volt is really interesting, hope other companies focus on sustainable construction, this industry should be leading the way instead of just adding foam and glass year after year. “Big boards with small fins…” YES.

@@Plutoniummatt how would you say its different from other boards you been on
@stevenakkersdijk9 ай бұрын
I've seen it happen multiple times when people tried out my carved board. Due to the lighter construction that uses less resin the board feels alive. When riding it reacts very different to chop and there is very little delay between rider input and reaction from the board. In the jumps it hardly feels like you have a board on your feet at all as it's so light, I actually had some jumps where it felt like my board got blown away. This is gives it a total different feel to "regular" carbon boards
@Plutoniummatt9 ай бұрын
Yeah I tried an Imperator 7 at a Core demo day in Squamish, I ordered one afterward, I ride the North Atmos, and have ridden the Duotone Jaime too, the Imperator is just in its own league, nothing comes close. I can't really put it better than Steven, the product really lives up to its reputation. Now if only Core's kites can feel as light as their boards and bars ;)
@stevenakkersdijk9 ай бұрын
@@Plutoniummatt glad to hear you like the board so much. What would you like to be lighter on the CORE kites? I guess the bar pressure? You can play around with the settings a little bit to give them more or less bar and steering pressure. It also depends on the kite you ride. XR has the highest bar pressure and the Nexus has significantly less. XR pro also has a lot less bar pressure.
