shame on me been kiting for 3 years and never one tried looping while jump

This shows exactly the number one factor to improve: crash crash crash, get back up and crash some more! Also eat well and stretch well EVERY day to recover and stay flexi.

Siiiick dude. Ive been kiting just over a year now in Blouberg, Cape Town. (I live there) havnt tried backloops but been trying to get heli liops down. Your prigression is insane.

@@stijnbrandtkitesurfing yeah, managed some small back loops the last two sessions. Now need to go a bit higher. Learning at Blouberg is awesome. But I fear it's going to make many places seem tame in the future when I get to travel!

@sym.m9 ай бұрын

Ruptured my acl three days ago when my QR opened mid air and i came down like a rock from 4-5m with my board still on my feet.. Before the accident it was my best session ever, landing my first kiteloops.. undescribable feeling. I've been super down the last days, but your video gave me all my confidence back, that I'll be able to recover, do sports and maybe even pull some loops again. Really important content for me right now, thank you so much ❤
@stijnbrandtkitesurfing11 ай бұрын
Damn... been there my man I had the same feeling and know how it is. I didn't know if i could ever pull a loop let alone get back at my old level. What helped for me was having a clear goal ahead of me. For me the physical recovery went quitte well but the mental part i heavily underestimated... Slowly build confidence and dont rush it. Of you ever need tips you know where to find me. Keeo it up and before you know it you are back to looping like a maniac 😆

I've been kiting for 4 months in Egypt. my highest jump is 15 meters in about 20 knots of wind and weighing 55 kilograms. I've already started making my first kite loops because I think I'm ready for it (It is very difficult to ride here, because there is rarely a strong wind, and a strong chop that interferes with cutting in for a jump.)

I feel like the boogie board off become so much easier when you practice to pull a really slow boogie loop with the loop being at the peak. Cause then you get so much more time for everything
