Hello Julie, it's been a while since i last seen you, I hope you and the kid I was in your mom are doing good. I don't know if I would waste my money on. just trying different foods from different countries. I've got a lot of friends from different parts of different parts of the world. especially from Iraq. and Yemen Some of their foods. Actually, a lot of their foods I love I even know how to cook. a lot of it. And there are some of their dishes high. absolutely will not touch. The only thing I had to look out for when I go to visit and have dinner with my friends. is they love to cook with a lot of oil. It's olive oil, but still, it's oil And since I have a bad heart. I've got to be careful. They even cook oats with all. so much old. It's floating on top of the oats I will not touch it.

I’ve never made banana bread but I’m going to try this recipe, tried a mix once and it did a number on my stomach so haven’t since then. Hope mine turns out good as yours, seems simple but I’m really not a baker.

He’s a tuxedo kitty and I have his twin! Old wives tale is when a cat “takes “ up with you it’s good luck. So here’s hoping. Sorry to hear about all the medical issues, prayers that it resolves soon. I actually had you on my mind recently and then there was this update. And yes I do believe there are signs from our lost loved ones. Every time I see a red bird on my walks I believe it’s a sign from my mom that all will be ok. I wish you well.

Also he wants to comfort u. I hope everything will go well with your mom. I'm glad that your kids are doing well. Again I will say that you are so strong & brave. Such a beautiful & caring person. Julie I'm so sorry, sweetie. Please forgive me. for not keeping up. with the channel. I have been thinking about you and your children a lot. I'm sorry that you had to go through having hysterectomy. and the trigger finger release surgery. I've had it done 4 times. And I know it's not fun. Try to do hand exercises. I've lost a lot of strength in my hands. because of all the surgeries that I've had. And what a pretty kitty. I feel the same way. Billy sent you that cat. I was going to ask you how your mother is doing. I'm glad that she's living with you now. And don't be ashamed about dealing with depression. I've been living through this myself ever since I lost my son Lee. and I don't think it's ever going to change. Right? You did not give yourself any time to grieve. You just jumped in and then. once you felt like you had to do for the kids. you do need to take your time. and grieve as long as you need to. Even for me, it's hard to believe he's gone. so, I can imagine how hard this is for you. and your children. Just know that I'm praying for you every day. And I'm so sorry about Bella. Even though you know it's coming it still doesn't make it any easier. I'm sending you while my love and prayers. And a great big hug. ❤🙏🫂
