The reason you can’t find warlocks is, there was a huge step up in rotation in cata from previous expacs For example up until WotLK you basically just shadow bolted Wrath you got more complexity Then bam cata Destro - you must keep MNT buff up if you want any form of damage above the tanks Aff - single target is a snooze fiesta to do top mid damage, multi target brings the complexity Demo - have fun swapping mastery gear almost all expac and abuse meta

You could get a 26th man to call shots while the raid just pumps. Someone can be watching several live streams on Disc and calling out timers and movements as needed. That's essentially what WF guilds do to make it easier on their raiders.
