Hilarious science ! I always knew there was a connection between drumming and good health ! Kept me very well. At 55 after retirement I took a job on a trash truck and was doing roller derby !

I remember the first time I heard the bridge on the song Sinner by Judas Priest on the album Sin After Sin … Nice groove going on the hi hat and at the same time some very tasty rhythmic patterns on some great sounding toms. And I remember thinking, how is this guy doing that? Well, this is how he does that. He also kills on Roger Glover‘s solo album, Elements.

Thank you for the video. I am left handed and when I first started playing drums I tried to reset my drums for left handed play. I realized how much of an issue this was when I went my friend's house and wanted to play his drums. I ended up quitting drums and started back years latter and was introduced to open handed play.

I’m a true lefty, but I’ve played right handed for years because I thought the cross over look looked cool 😅 but it’s worked in my favor. With my dominant hand on my snare, I can really do some fun stuff.
