I’m back from the Global Aesthetics Conference 2024 in Miami, where I had the honor of sharing insights and connecting with incredible colleagues, mentors, and even a few celebrities. ✨ From discussing trends like social media's influence on patient expectations to presenting lectures on modern upper blepharoplasty and Asian eyelid surgery corrections, it was a weekend full of learning and growth. Lemon bottle does not contain any deoxycholic acid! You could have done a Google search on that. FDA approval is about expense not whether the product is safe or effective. Liposuction offers a quick win too. The effects are faster than any FD injections. How about you talk about the risks from liposuction?

In the USA Kybella is FDA approved for double chin. How well it works will depend on your anatomy and the aesthetic professional who performs your injections. Most patients need multiple treatments for it to work.

When it comes to fat-dissolving injections, will the treated area become droopy or loose after the fat is dissolved, similar to how loose skin can develop after significant weight loss?

With filler there is cross-linking agent added in hyaluronic acid that is also foreign and oter types of fillers are also either foregin or have medium that is foregin

My patients have had great results with liposuction for superficial fat under the chin. Getting numbed for liposuction may sting for a moment, but overall the process is very patient-friendly. Many patients experience significant pain, and nodularity can happen also. Some of that is related to the medication itself, but it can be due to technique.

@@azk2020 I seriously thought it was a joke - I was feeling super discombobulated for several hours and you need to drink gallons of water to flush it out of your system - but by the end of the day my double chin felt empty - all stubborn fat was gone - I couldn’t believe it. And no freakin side effects or pain like with Kybella or Aqualyx

@@barney1019 completely gone! It’s been 6 months since the last time I did it. I also did a mesotherapy neck injections from the same brand to tighten the skin - but unlike lemon bottle it actually didn’t do anything. Might do HIFU on my neck at some point just to make it a bit tighter.

Hi doctor what you thing about desobody using it in the chest part iam a man and i have boobies i got like 4 years ago a treatment i saw few results but not immediately iam thinking about to do it again i really dont wanna do a surgery or something like that and i been workingout for a good time so iam almost 30 years old so its been long time caring thay decision ofcour half of my age iam workingout but you know cutting bullking life some times i was fully focus on that so right now iam so iam thinking to get an extra kick with thoose injections like desobody like treatment i would love your opinion thanks a lot

Thank you for your comment. For cases of gynecomastia, I would refer to a plastic surgeon who specializes in that procedure. I would shy away from trying something like Lemon Bottle for your situation.

Thank you for constructive review❤ I have been thinking of trying Lemonbottle on my chin but was always stopped by absence of medical research on it, and hence no clarity on long-term consequence and possible side-effects for health. Besides, as I understood, they don't provide explicit list of the ingredients. The producer doesn't appear to be transparent. So I decided to live as is with a chin I have 😅.
