I got to see inside Studio N6, home to BBC News bulletins back then, it was tiny. Wide angle lenses on the camera made it look bigger on screen. The view of the news centre behind the anchor was also interesting, it wasn't a live view, but delayed by a few minutes, with the left hand side simply flopped over to fill the other side, as the centre wasn't that big.

Great job on the editing, Julia Morris only reduced this comedy gold. That Hey Dad, "genius is a burden" goof should of stayed as add-lib, it's funnier and more memorable than the aired scene ever was!!

heyyy i found a comment off of “you asked for it”’s opening theme that mentioned qtq9 in america i saw this show as “boomerang” and i couldnt find much footage except for the boomerang intro in poor quality. do you have any footage of this show if i search up “boomerang” i get the channel, and if i search up “you asked for it” i get some 50-60s quiz trivia show

@Spi-AU

Probably one reason why later versions took on the sudden-death/triple point rule - Aus game shows in the 90s were always rushed for time, and having full-on 4 response rounds as extras didn't help, especially when it went into a second spare round :) I don't think the US version had the sudden death round by that point though, so. I didn't mind the Bert Newton version's compromise of doing Sudden Death with the top 2 responses, and not the top one like the US (and Denyer versions). Never been a fan of the latter being basically "first on the buzzer" given they use questions where the top response got 70-80 or so.
