You can hold on to the plush like this elephant like at the ear while running the heat gun on a lower setting and shrink carefully around that area and the plush wont cave in and look squished.

I shrink wrap small to medium gifts with the bag open at the top. I put the gift in the bag and only shrink the bottom to the container and leave the rest open like how roses are wrapped at the bottom and left open with cellophane.

You cannot prevent them from dripping once you hang them. However, as the flowers continue to drink, you may have less drippage.

Hi! You can attach the garland to a metal frame using floral tape or zip ties. Depending on circumstances (temp., floral/plant materiel, etc.), you should be able to make a day ahead when the oasis is fully hydrated. You could also complete the greening a day ahead and add florals onsite the day of.
