Lyrics (from what i could hear) Looking at you, i can see i was wrong You knew that we were too far all along But now i know how you feel about yourself You handle needs that are abused by someone else Im not ashamed, im in love. Do you feel the same? Im so alone, and its you who i blame Im not the type who would cry all the time But what you did made me cry all the time like a jock who was barely aware, other thing, what they share, from their love they once had I lost my chance, but at last the romance I do feel sad, but im glad i took the chance Im so afraid, i should be, others just a game I get upset at the thoughts of your name Im not the type, who is right for your needs How can i change to be right for your needs like a jock who was barely aware, other thing, what they share, from their love, they once had Im so alone, i want you, are you coming home? How could you use me and choose to be like some Its not my best to trace all your needs Im so confused, but ill trace all your needs like a jock who was barely aware, other thing, what they share, from their loss of their love, and their loss of their mind And it ?????? That i cant be your type, and the love that we had

Mike Patton was 16 or 17 years old at that time. Mike always had excellent vocals from the beginning. Looking back when Faith No More and Mr Bungle became popular, Mike made his vocals more rare than ever.

He was apparently living in Fresno, 13 years ago and doing fine. Now I don't what could have happened to Mike, but I dare even say that he has a better voice than Mr. Patton himself.

Full lyrics i got from really close listening, since those in the description don't seem correct: Walking on the thin line So careful as not to fall Dancing in the mirror, avoiding my reflection Listening to your drivel, awaiting my selection Take me away, I can't take anymore (2x) I'm waiting in line for my number to come To make me safe and sound I'd love you much more if you left me alone (2x) It's all so quiet in heaven (4x) Heaven You're missing further combat But your mental evaporation I got all to lose, you got nothing at stake (2x) I'd love you much more if you left me alone (2x) It's all so quiet in heaven (4x) I'm hoping heaven will begin I'm hoping I can face this fear (2x) Alone, lone, lone... Dancing in the mirror avoiding my reflection Listening to your drivel, awaiting my selection Take me away (2x) I'd love you much more if you left me alone (2x) It's all so quiet in heaven (4x) Heaven

both were inspired by Christain Death, doubt Danzig heard of Faith no Man at that time.

@@kittavares4334actually if you read the book, “small victories” Bill Gould says he was a huge fan of the misfits. He claims to have sent their first demo to the misfits, and Danzig respond with “fan mail.” Apparently they opened for the misfits in 1986, according to the book. But the misfits didn’t exist then, so I wonder if the book meant to put “Samhain.” Apparently Danzig went up to mike Bordin after the show and recalled how he sent him the tape. Either way Danzig was aware of the band.
@Awesomemusic19
@Awesomemusic19 Жыл бұрын
It’s crazy too, because Glenn was sent a demo tape from faith no more early on, and he really liked it. Faith no man has a lot of similarities to early faith no more, so the possibility of inspiration does exist.

One of my first rock concerts was Iron Maiden, which was around 1982-83. They made such a huge impression to my generation. A generation who seriously like to rock out, even if some of us were babies. 😂 You go Mike, sing your heart out. You will be a legend in a few years.

Mind blowing. What a fantastic video to capture what was being developed. These kids had no idea what path their lives were going to take. Innate talent, natural stage presence, destined to success. Each of them should be so proud of who they became.

these lyrics are definitely wrong. That's "walking on a thin line, so careful as not to fall". and "listening to your drivel." also " I'm waiting in line for my number"...perhaps i'm wrong though.
