Wouldn't we be wise to admit that there is evil in the world because of moral evil called "sin?" The consequences of sin are death and decay!

The thing I think I took away from this the most is that Bart & Dinesh seemed to haved started with some harshness but ended with a more charitable tone. Which was nice to see.

Suffering is for learning obedience. Jesus said, when obedience has been learned there is no more need for suffering. Suffering is not just to help us repent, it is also used for purification. Jesus was called a man of sorrows, one who is accursed of GOD. Jesus suffering went below and higher than any man on the earth. He was totally qualified for His mission as Messiah to us.

Oh, yeah, and one more thing to add: another interesting pattern Finesh is using is "strawmanning" views of his opponenr - like in 1:01:00 about alleviation of the loss, Red Cross and so forth.
@kochetovalexАй бұрын
I have been watching couple of Dinesh's debates (with Alex O'Connor and other folks), and spotted the very same pattern: Dinesh "quickly" goes through complex problem, states his opinion in the form of "resolved matter" - and tries to move making impression the the matter is settled. This is not how argument is won. This is how tough questions are dodged. So, in my opinion Dinesh is a good polotician, but not that honest/sincere participator of debates.

All life forms live in fear and experience pains/sufferings because their lives depend on the food chain. A God/Creator who created life based on the food chain , is not a loving God/Creator.

BART ERMAN: I had a born-again experience ; I was a firm believer, a Christian. " 1 John 2:19 says he is a liar and/or decieved... " They went out from us, but THEY WERE NOT REALLY OF US; for if they had been of us, they would have REMAINED with us; but they went out, so that it would be evident that they all are not of us

It’s interesting to me that christian apologists in these debates always speak very uncaring and flippantly about suffering, and the atheists are the ones that are troubled by it. 🤔

Happy Holidays🕊️ I think it's very neat you've gone through all the sciences but still hold faith. I was Baptised, Acts 2:38,39 prayed through speaking in other tongues living holiness daily. It's a beautiful yet truly narrow way. I came across your videos trying to see how far along research has gone for healing vitiligo. I have dark hair but some extreme pure white huge streaks from the vitiligo. I've stayed single due to not finding someone who's evenly yoked with me and the vitiligo because it's pretty bad now and I don't know if it's transferable. Once I prayed and asked Jesus why are my fingertips pure blotching white patchs? I had a very powerful dream that night. I had a dream I was praising God singing, and gripped my fingertips to Heavens Floor. I heard , God say to me in the dream. For you have reached heavens floor and this is your reward. It was as if the white spots were the anointed holy touched of heaven made pure white. Then I woke up. It was a beautiful dream and in it, the message was... Purified. Not to worry. It's still very upsetting to me and looks bad to me. I was taught in nursing school any skin change is not a good thing. Before seeing your videos I literally sat here and asked God to please heal everyone with vitiligo. Especially dark skinned people. Then I Google videos on this. I pray God lead you to our healing , in Jesus name . Respectfully , Rachel

Hey guys 👋 just a few things i noticed in this video that if you change you might get a lot more viewers 1. Asking the people the question and adding it to the video, the viewers already know the question. 2. The music can also impact if the vid goes on the fyp or not so pick a popular song when ur about to upload (not during editing) and put the volume to zero if you dont want it heard 3. Zoom out a little 4. Put the captions a bit higher and lower the filter to make it seem kinda natural Good luck! Remember me when ur famous 😊
