Who else has had 'musicians' look at them as if you lost the plot, when trying to explain this effect bcause you want to know what it's called. It's like it's the holy Grail of best musical effects and once you find out, you enter the club and you may never spill the beans to others. Why is this so hard to find ?

Hi Julian. I have completed the first song in this course and have started the second. I got stuck at the "Making a bass out of wavetable" section since I only have Ableton 12 Standard, not Suite. So I do not have wavetable integrated. I do have Vital and was wondering if this part of the lesson is easily translatable from one plugin to the other. Is this the case? Thank you so much for the lessons and tutorials you make, I have learned so much already and recently purchased your intermediate course and look forward to continuing the learning!

Such a great video, I've been struggling to find just one select video to help me learn where to start with production and I think this is an amazing guideline to help beginners like me feel motivated and excited to take what you're teaching here and implement it into our own music. Thank you!!

Can the sample packs that you are using be downloaded for free? I'm currently using the free trial of Ableton, in case that is relevant. Sorry if that is a stupid question. Thanks for the help in advance!

Hello Julian, maybe this is a stupid question. But could I ask you why sound of all the instruments in the video is louder than I got in ableton? Is it because of youtube video processing? I mean am I not the only one who get more quiet sound when I've done100% the same stuff you did? 🥲 p.s. thanks a lot for your efforts. My boundless appreciation for your job and this video particularly ❤

Hey man just wanna say thank you. I have been looking all over for good tutorials on music production. i kept pulling up the 30 min tutorials and wanted something more in depth. I'm so happy to start learning this myself. I have played instruments but have had very little formal training. Music theory has always scared me so I tried to avoid it. But the beginning of this video has me excited to learn more. With the first hour of the lesson I feel i have improved a bunch. I am continuing the corse now.

I was messing around with wavetable and I found a collection of noise waves in the top left corner. Is there something cool about Operator or are these white noise waves samesies?
