This house isn’t selling due to several significant issues. There is excessive mold in the kitchen near the sink cabinet, and all the cabinets are hand-painted with visible water damage. The second-floor bedroom door frame has water damage and is rotting. The basement ceiling also shows signs of water damage, and the exterior basement door, along with its frame, is also rotting. Additionally, the HVAC system needs to be replaced. The seller overpaid during the COVID housing inflation, and the property is not worth $4 million.

The chains are the gutter down downspouts, the water runs down them. Wasn’t sure if he realized that.

This beautiful the only problem with this open floor plan and 18ft ceilings is it is so hard to heat. Put some French doors, pocket doors, or something to close off these rooms so you can stay warm in the winter.

Hello! Thank you so much for watching and the support! The lot size is 0.297 ac/12,957 sqft The proximity to Bellevue and Seattle is the reason why the home is so expensive. That and the lake Washington views which are priceless! Home prices are high in Washington due to the high pay people have in this region. As long as the homes are selling for these prices, they will continue to be listed at them. I will try to figure out the exact ceiling height for you!

The man is nice and the townhome looks nice. Things a person doesn't notice. You walk into the living room. No place to put your boots, shoes, coats bags etc. Going to look messy & clutteted fast. I don't see any window coverings that's a good cost to add. That's a lot of stairs. I don't see much storage but if you're a minimalmist it works. It's nice you have 2 outdoor places that won't take much work at all to maintain. I hope someone gets to enjoy this home.

In 2000 I thought 600K for a modest single family home in the Bay Area was insane. Now that same house is 2.8M. Don't focus on how things are overpriced and focus on how to get your income level high enough so you can afford the house.
