Yes, it is in the operator's manual, but we sometimes get calls, often after hours, where an operator has the crane stuck in the high angle position and it is easier and more helpful to send them a quick video than tell them, "Just look at your 150 page manual."

Agreed. I have my license in swing and fixed cab and man the test is much harder in fixed cab with trying to operate 3 controls all at vs doing it in a swing cab crane.
